How to use Bhakti

Do not perform any exercise unless you have been shown the correct technique by a certified fitness instructor, yoga professional, or personal trainer.  All exercise poses risk of injury, death or health problems.  Always seek professional medical advice before starting any new exercise.  It should be understood that when participating in any exercise program there is the possibility of physical injury. All persons participating in yoga should be aware of their own limitations. Bhakti strap is in no way meant to improve a persons flexibility, strength or physical ability in any way.  By using the Bhakti strap a person is assuming all personal responsibility for their own health and well being both physicaly and emotionally.

Bhakti strap will not be liable for any personal injury (including without limitation serious injury or death) that any person may suffer or sustain directly or indirectly as a result of the use of the Bhakti strap.  Nor will Bhakti strap be liable in any respect of personal loss arising as a result of any such personal injury.  Bhakti strap will not be liable to any person for any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill.  Bhakti strap will not be liable to any person in respect of any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.  Nothing in this disclaimer shall: limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence; limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
